Chelsea Targets Juventus Star !!

CHELSEA are stepping up their efforts to land
Paul Pogba from Juventus this summer by preparing a massive contract offer for the French midfielde
It is thought that Mourinho would like to pair Pogba with Nemanja Matic as his first choice defensive midfield pairing, with Fabregas in front of the pair and Hazard out wide.
Chelsea's ability to make the huge salary offer is helped by the fact that Frank Lampard and Ashley Cole have both been offloaded this summer.
And having received £50m from
PSG for David Luiz, Chelsea believe they are now in a position to make an offer to Juventus that the Italian club will find hard to resist.

Courtois returns to Chelsea with Cech to be sold

Belgium manager reveals Courtois' future

Courtois joined Chelsea in 2011 but has been on loan at Athletico Madrid for the last few seasons but after an impressive few years at the Spanish side, helping them to win the spanish league and getting them to the Champions league final, Jose Mourinho is finally ready to make him his number-one.

According to Marc Wilmots this will happen.

Chelsea flop wanted by FIVE Premier League sides

West Brom, Swansea, Newcastle, Southampton AND Everton all interested in Victor Moses
Chelsea flop Victor Moses, is being tracked by five Premier League sides as his departure from Stamford Bridge is imminent.
West Brom, Swansea, Newcastle, Southampton AND Everton are all being linked with a move for the Nigerian, who is currently playing in the World Cup at Brazil, and it's believed Jose Mourinho is desperate to sell the winger, who simply hasn't had an impact at The Blues since arriving from Wigan Athletic in 2012.
Last season, Mourinho sent Moses out on loan to Merseyside club Liverpool, but the 23-year-old failed to make an impact at Anfield as well, featuring just 19 times and scoring just the one goal.
The Blues paid £9million for Moses back in 2012, but it's apparent that they will be taking a huge hit on his transfer this Summer, as it's reported that West Bromwich Albion are leading the race for his signature.
It's not known how much Chelsea want for the Nigerian, but with five clubs interested, they should be able to sell him on with Mourinho d

West Ham offered former-Chelsea and Liverpool midfielder

Raul Meireles has been offered to Premier League club
Premier League side West Ham United have been offered Fenerbache midfielder Raul Meireles in a cut-price deal, which could see the former-Chelsea and Liverpool man return to England.
The Portuguese international was one of Sam Allardyce's main targets back in January, but a formal deal couldn't be agreed and The Hammers missed out on the holding-midfielder, but they look set to sign him this Summer as the Turkish side prepare to sell him off on the cheap.
The 31-year-old is currently one of the highest earners at Fenerbache and the club are desperate to cut their wage-bill, and the former-Premier League man is one of the players they are ready to lose.
It's believed they will accept an offer around as little as £3million for the veteran, despite them paying £8m for him back in 2012.
If Meireles does stay in Turkey until the end of his contract, which is 2015, it will see him pocket a whopping £5m.

Radamel Falcao rejects Premier League move

Colombian striker not interested in move to England
AS Monaco striker has reportedly turned down interest from numerous Premier League clubs.
The Colombian international, who is missing this Summer's World Cup through injury, has been closely monited by Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, but reports in Spain suggest he is happy to stay with his current club.
A Spanish newspaper has claimed that all five English clubs have made initial enquiries about the 28-year-old, but he has informed the club that he is not interested in a move to England.
The same source have stated that Liverpool have made further moves by officially talking to Falcao's agent, Jorge Mendes.
Despite claiming he is not interested in a move to the Premier League, it's believed that his dream is to return to Spain to play for once-rivals, Real Madrid.
Madrid are keen on signing a new striker this Summer, with Luis Suarez heavily linked with a transfer, but it now looks like Carlo Ancelotti is ready to sign the former-Atletico Madrid star.

Mourinho believes Fabregas will play a vital part in the Clubs future

The Chelsea Boss says Cesc Fabregas will add quality to Chelsea’s midfield
Jose Mourinho believes that Cesc Fabregas is exactly the sort of player Chelsea need and his signing points towards a change in style at Stamford Bridge.
One of Chelsea’s major flaws last season was the central midfield area as Nemanja Matic didn't have a regular partner and Oscar was an underwhelming playmaker. Luckily enough Fabregas is adept at playing in either position so it'll be interesting to see how things play out but either way he’s a man that can pick a pass, move possession quickly and the Spaniard also qualifies as a home-grown player.
Chelsea are a team that should be setting the agenda, dictating the pace and making the most of the pace, trickery and youth that they have at their disposal, and this is hopefully where Fabregas comes in.
He has a goal or two in him as well but this isn't what he’ll be needed for, it is his ability to create chances for his team-mates, a burden which all to often fell solely on the shoulders of Eden Hazard last season which isn't good enough. Fabregas made 16 assists for Barcelona last season whilst chipping in with over a dozen goals himself.
It’s expected that Fabregas’ international team-mate Diego Costa will be announced a Chelsea player imminently and I’m sure that this is the beginning of big changes at Stamford Bridge this summer – especially considering how many players are rumoured to be heading for the exit doors.

Tottenham interested in Bony

Spurs could turn to Swansea striker if they can't sign Lukaku

Tottenham will consider a move for Swansea striker Wilfried Bony if they fail to make a move for Romelu Lukaku.
Lukaku has several offers on the table as his Chelsea career looks certain to be over, and new Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino could make an offer with his new squad begging for a new striker.
There is plenty of interest in the Belgian from Everton, Roma, Wolfsburg and Juventus, while West Ham have already had a bid to take him on load turned down.
It is understood that they Tottenham could turn to Wilfried Bony should a deal not materialise, as Pochettino is reportedly very interested in the Ivorian.
Swansea have set a £19million price tag on the striker but will definitely hold out for the £12million in the first place. They know there is interest but insist he will only be sold to one of the ‘top-six’ teams in the country.

Jose Mourinho explains exactly why Chelsea signed Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona

The transfer cost The Blues £27 million
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has revealed exactly why he signed Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas from Barcelona. Chelsea signed the 27-year-old after Arsenal dismissed the chance to sign him back on a buy-back clause that was in his contract at Barcelona.
Mourinho took the chance and offered Fabregas to return to the Premier League, but this time with a different club. Chelsea payed £27 million for the Spaniards services and The Blues boss believes Fabregas is exactly the player to lead Chelsea to Premier League glory next season.
"He is the kind of player we [Chelsea] need," Mourinho said. "Not just for his qualities as a player but also his competitive personality.  "He is a player in the best years of his career – 26, 27, 28. He knows England well, he knows the Premiership well, so he will not need time to adapt. "I think he is the kind of player who will come and train for a couple of weeks and be ready to prove himself."

Ashley Cole still believes firmly that he has a lot to offer at the highest level, with Liverpool at 7/2 to bring Cole to Anfield.

Mourinho: 'Lampard will be my successor'

Boss believes Lampard will return 'very, very soon'
Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho had admitted that club legend Frank Lampard will return to Stamford Bridge in the future in the form of a managerial role.
Lampard parted ways with the club at the end of the season, but Mourinho insists that his Chelsea career is not completely over.
‘I do not think he is leaving,’ Mourinho told ITV during a United Nations ambassadorial visit to Ivory Coast. ‘I think he is just going for a ride somewhere and then he is coming back very, very soon because that’s what the owner wants, that’s what he [Lampard] wants – what everybody wants.’
When asked if Lampard might manage Chelsea, the 51-year-old said: ‘Whatever he wants, whenever he wants. I repeat Mr Abramovich’s words – I will have him doing anything.' ‘The door is open for such a big guy in our club.’
The Chelsea boss has already asked Lampard to become his assistant manager after Mourinho admits that letting the midfielder go was one of his hardest moments in his career.
Mourinho said: ‘You can’t imagine how difficult it was. I think only Frank knows that, but at the same time I can feel some happiness about the process because, for sure, he comes back to Chelsea.'
‘He can be a coach, he can start at the academy, he can start being my assistant at the same time because he is doing his coaching badges, or he can start in a different role.’

Chelsea to make £40m bid for Manchester United star?

The Blues are being linked with Wayne Rooney once again
Chelsea are preparing to revive their interest in Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney, and are reportedly ready to offer £40million for the Englishman.
The 28-year-old was wanted by Jose Mourinho last Summer after he confirmed that he wanted to leave Old Trafford in order to experience a new challenge, but just months after stating his desire to leave, Rooney then signed a new five-year deal at the club worth a staggering £300k-a-week.
However, after a dismal season under David Moyes, and now fears that he will be pushed out once Louis Van Gaal arrives, the former-Everton starlet could be set to finally leave Old Trafford with Chelsea ready to renew their interest despite signing Diego Costa from Atletico Madrid.
Mourinho said throughout last season that he needs to sign strikers for the club, and after agreeing a £32m deal for Costa, his attentions are now turning to Rooney and a potential £40m offer which could be accepted when the new boss arrives after the World Cup.
Reports suggest that Van Gaal will make Robin Van Persie the main man at Old Trafford, and that won't go down well with Rooney, who wants to be captain for next season.
Despite tweeting his excitement about Van Gaal's appointment, Rooney may be part of the mass-exodus that leaves the club this Summer once the Dutchman arrives at the club after the World Cup in Brazil, where he is head of the Netherlands side.

Fernando Torres cant wait to play alongside Fabregas and Costa

Torres is excited about linking up with Diego Costa and wishes Fabregas had joined a couple of years earlier
Torres is hoping the arrival of Cesc Fabregas will give him an added boost to his game
"I wish he could have joined us a couple of years earlier," Torres told Spanish radio station Onda Cero.
"He is a blessing for strikers, he always looks to find that final key pass, he's the type of player Chelsea don't have."
Meanwhile, Costa who has already undergone a medical ahead of a £32million move to the Blues, struck 36 goals in La Liga last term to help Atletico win the championship.
And Torres says he would welcome the competition up front at Stamford Bridge.
He added: "People have been saying for some time that Chelsea have signed a striker, and if it's Diego, then it's very welcome," he added.
"The level of competition at big clubs should always be very high."

'Arsenal fans burning my shirt doesn't bother me', admits Fabregas

New Chelsea signing admits he's not fazed by betrayal comments

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has admitted that he isn't bothered by Arsenal fans burning his shirts and calling him a traitor.
The Spaniard announced on his official Twitter account last week that he has decided to join London-rivals Chelsea, and that decision didn't go down well in North London, as hundreds of disgruntled Gooners took to Twitter to slam the 28-year-old.
Fabregas was once quoted saying he would only ever play for FC Barcelona or Arsenal, and many fans reminded him of that saying, but after Arsene Wenger rejected the chance to sign him back, the Spaniard then chose Stamford Bridge as his next destination.
The news wasn't received well and some fans posted pictures of themselves burning old Arsenal shirts with Fabregas on the back.
When told about the pictures, Fabregas admitted that he wasn't bothered by them and insists that he still remains loyal to his former-club.
"I'm mature enough for that not to hurt," Fabregas told Spanish paper Marca.
"I have explained it well. I've always been very loyal and grateful to Arsenal.
"There was a first option they could exercise, I talked with Arsene Wenger and he told me that the area was covered with Özil, but there is always fans who want to cause trouble."

Chelsea to offer Toni Kroos £130k-a-week

The Blues want to sign Bayern Munich ace
Chelsea are set to offer Bayern Munich star Toni Kroos £130k-a-week in order to fend off competition from Manchester United and Real Madrid.
The German midfielder has been strongly linked with a move away from the Allianz Arena this Summer after contract talks stalled between him and the club, and a few European giants have already declared their interest.
Kroos' current deal at Munich expires next Summer, so Pep Guardiola has the decision to make of cashing in on him now, or face losing him on a free this time next year.
Real Madrid and United were leading the race for the 24-year-old's signature, but since then, Jose Mourinho's side are reportedly ready to offer the midfield-ace £130k-a-week to snub interest from the other clubs, and to join them instead.
Mourinho is keen to link Kroos with Cesc Fabregas next season, as he looks set to build-up his own Chelsea side.

Aurier praise from Drogba

Chelsea great backs Aurier to shine in the future
Didier Drogba has talked up Toulouse right-back Serge Aurier's chances of becoming a star if a move to the Premier League is sealed.
The Ivorian defender has been continously linked with Arsenal, with reports suggesting that Arsenal were close on securing a deal to bring the player to the Emirates this summer.
Aurier proved his worth in Ivory Coast's opening game against Japan, assisting two goals to complete the comeback after going 1-0 down.
And Drogba believes his countryman has all the qualities to succeed in the top flight.
"Serge brought us energy and balance and he had a fantastic game,” Drogba told Fifa.com
“He’s the best right-back in all of France.
"I think he’ll do well at the next level too, in the Premier League.”
The 21-year-old scored six goals in Ligue 1 last season.
