Newcastle United are leading the race to sign highly rated French winger Remy Cabella, according to French media.
The Montpellier man scored 14 Ligue 1 goals last season, and is being chased by several Premier League sides.
Chelsea and Arsenal are also monitoring Cabella's current situation, however Newcastle are in pole position to land him for around £15 million or so.
PSG are also keen on the up and coming winger, who was named on France's World Cup stand by list.

Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has vetoed the idea of giving midfielder Frank Lampard a one-year extension, despite Jose Mourinho keen on rewarding the veteran with another year at Stamford Bridge.
The England international, who is getting ready for this Summer's World Cup in Brazil, admitted in a recent interview that he wants to continue playing for The Blues for another three years, but today it's being reported that Abramovich doesn't want to offer him an extension.
The 35-year-old has hinted that if Chelsea don't want him, he will end his career and retire, as he doesn't want to feature for another club, ending his 13-year association with the West-London club.
Abramovich has told Mourinho that he wants to build a younger team, and with Lampard soon-to-be 36, his age has gone against him and the Russian owner wants him to leave the club this Summer.
American clubs are reportedly interested in signing Lampard, and so are Queens Park Rangers, managed by Lampard's Uncle, Harry Redknapp, but early suggestions seem that retirement is the favoured option.

Diego Maradonna is urging Mario Balotelli to reject approaches from Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea and join Napoli. The forward is set to leave current club AC Milan this summer after the club lost patience with his antics both on and off the pitch.
The Italian club are publicly claiming he isn't for sale, yet reports are suggesting the Serie A side have privately called time on his stay at the club. The player himself is believed to have grown tired of racism that he experiences at Milan and wants an England return.
Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea would all love to give him that return but Diego Maradonna has other plans for Balotelli's future. If he would be open to staying in Italy, Maradonna believes he should join Napoli, claiming:

Chelsea are closing in on a sensational triple-deal worth around £50million as they aim to sign Atletico Madrid trio; Diego Costa, Filipe Luis and Tiago.
The Blues are expected to be busy this Summer in the transfer market, with several players expected to depart, and several expected to arrive, and Spanish striker Costa is the big-money move they are expected to make.
Jose Mourinho is desperate to sign a new striker who has a killer instinct, and it's believed that he is prepared to spend £32m on Costa, who has been firing them in for fun in Spain this season, and helped guide Atletico to the Champions League final, as well as the La Liga trophy.
Now Mourinho has turned his attentions to defensive matters, and it's two more players from Diego Simeone's team that excite him, and they are Luis, their left-back and also former-Chelsea holding-midfielder, Tiago.
With Ashley Cole departing the club, Chelsea are now on the look out for a new left-back, and after admitting defeat in the race for Southampton's Luke Shaw, it now looks like Mourinho will meet Luis' release-clause of £19m and make him his second big Summer signing.
As for Tiago, he will be able to return to Stamford Bridge for free as his contract is set to expire next month and no contract talks are expected to take place between the midfielder and his current club.

Liverpool have reportedly offered Sevilla £16.2million + Suso for left-back Alberto Moreno, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.
It is reported that The Reds are looking to land the 21 year old before the World Cup begins, as Moreno is part of the Spain squad going to Brazil. However, Sevilla will want to delay negotiations until after the tournament and hold out for a higher price should he shine in Rio.
However, he has a £24.4million release clause in his contract, so it is unlikely that any offers much higher than the one Liverpool have made are going to be made. Chelsea, Real Madrid and Napoli are all said to be keeping an eye on the defender, who won the Europa League with Sevilla this season.

French champions PSG are ready to make a massive bid of £60m for Chelsea star Eden Hazard, they believe that Chelsea may be willing to sell the Belgian international.

Chelsea are keeping an eye on Napoli forward Jose Callejon ahead of a possible summer bid. Jose Mourinho wants to revitalise the Blues attack with moves for new strikers in the transfer window such as Diego Costa and now Callejon.
Mourinho signed the 27-old for Real Madrid back in 2011 when he was boss of the Spanish side. He featured prominently under the Special One as he helped the club to the La Liga crown in 2012 before moving to Napoli.
He had a successful first season in Italy too, as he bagged 15 goals in 37 games and helped Rafa Benitez's side claim the Coppa Italia. Now, Jose Mourinho wants to be reuinited with the striker at Stamford Bridge.
It cost Napoli £8m to sign him to a four-year deal last summer. The Serie A side would now want significantly more money to let him leave the club for Chelsea this transfer window.

After reports broke last night about Atletico Madrid striker Diego Costa agreeing to move to Premier League side Chelsea, the Spaniard took to his official instagram account to confirm the news.
Sky Sources broke the news around 9pm
last night and confirmed that a £32million deal was in place for the Brazilian-born striker to move to Stamford Bridge ahead of the World Cup, where he has decided to represent Spain rather than his homeland.
It's believes an official announcement between the two clubs will be made early June, before the Summer tournament, but after Costa
posted the below message on his official instagram account, it seems that a deal is already completed.
He wrote: "Thanks Atletico Madrid for everything!!! My first club and biggest love!! Now is time to move on to Chelsea fc."
Hazard wants to leave Chelsea on loan !!
The 20-year-old midfielder - who is the younger sibling of Blues ace Eden Hazard - arrived in west London from Lens in 2012,
and has aspirations of one day playing in the same side as his brother.
"When I joined Chelsea in 2012, I knew I wouldn't be a first team regular," he explained in an interview with Sport Voetbal Magazine.
"I chose Chelsea because I hope to play in the same team as my brother Eden one day. It's my dream to play together.
